	Pastoral Staff Ryan Smith, Pastor Pastor Ryan is an El Paso native and grew up on the east side of town (go Troopers!). He married his wife Megan in 2002 and they are blessed with their son, Noah. Pastor Ryan has a BA in Biblical/Theological Studies from Grand Canyon University and a Masters of Divinity from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Ryan served in two churches in Arizona as a youth pastor from 2001-2008 before returning home to El Paso. He has a passion to see followers of Christ make their faith their own. He enjoys preaching God's truth on Sunday mornings and challenging people to live the lives that God created them to live. Email Pastor Ryan Ministerial Staff Megan Smith, Children's Ministry Leader Megan joined the staff in 2009. She was born in El Paso and graduated from Hanks H.S. She accepted Christ at a Hot Hearts Convention and was baptized at Scotsdale Baptist Church at the age of 16. She married the love of her life, Ryan, in 2002. They are blessed with a 5 year old son, Noah. She is a full-time mom. Megan has an A.A. in Elementary Education and is currently working on her Bachelor’s degree in Business. Megan has a heart for children and their families. She believes that children are the church of today and that the function of Children’s Ministry is to come along side parents and help them train Godly children. Email Megan Debbie Crutcher, MFCA Director Debbie is a life long resident of El Paso and a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso. Children and education are her calling. She has attended Mt. Franklin since 1983, serving as the Director of Children's Ministry from 1988 to 1996. In 1990 the church founded Mt. Franklin Christian Academy and she was appointed as Director and has served in that capacity since then. The school has grown to include preschool through 8th grade, providing Christian education to the community. Debbie and her husband Gary have been married for 31 years and have four daughters and eleven grandchildren. They enjoy serving in the church and spending time with their family. Doris and her husband, Carlos, were married in Los Angeles, CA before moving to El Paso in 1986. They have three children, Carlos Jr., Matthew, and Michelle and have three grandchildren, Matthew, Gavin, and Giovanni. She accepted Christ as her Savior in her late 20's and was baptized here at Mt. Franklin. Doris has been a member of Mt. Franklin for 21 years and has served the church as a Sunday School teacher for 20 years, AWANA leader for 13 years and has been part of the staff since 1996. Email Doris Patrick Perez, Finance Manager Patrick joined our staff in the summer of 2009. He is involved in the worship team on Sunday mornings and loves music.
